How fast is delivery?

Orders are dispatched from UK warehouses and usually arrive in 1–3 working days, with tracking. Delivery is free on orders over £40.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days to return anything that isn't right. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has a size guide. Measure your dog's neck and chest, and if they're between sizes, go for the larger one.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland. Ireland and the EU are coming soon.
